Green Tea!!!!

I'm doing a green tea challenge. I've heard so much about the benefit of green tea and how and it can improve you health in so many ways. I've decided to try it out. I've bought 50 green tea bag and I'm and going to drink it daily and take before and after pic of myself to see if I notice a big difference in my skin. I bought this green tea made by Bentley's. I've never had anything that's tasted sooooooo natural?  It tastes like I'm eating flowers lol. But I really like tea so after day 3 I had acquired a taste for it and plan to continue drinking it. Can't wait to see the results, this is day three, I'll keep you posted on my results.
